Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging
• Return requested within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order ID) provided

Not eligible

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Email hello@vriksha.in with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off within 24 hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement.
