7-Day Easy Returns โ Not satisfied? Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund!
At Vriksha, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
โ Eligible for Return
You can return products if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product seal is intact (for health & safety reasons)
โ Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Products purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)

Initiate Return Request

Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions. -
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address. -
Quality Check
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. -
Refund Processed
After approval, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
๐ฐ Refund Information
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- UPI/Wallet Payments: Refunded within 24-48 hours
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunded to your bank account (NEFT) within 5-7 business days
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
๐ Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once the return is processed, you'll receive your refund
๐ฆ Damaged/Wrong Products
Received a damaged or wrong product? We're sorry! Here's what to do:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in the email
- We'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or full refund
