7-Day Easy Returns โ€” Not satisfied? Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund!

At Vriksha, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

โœ… Eligible for Return

You can return products if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product seal is intact (for health & safety reasons)

โŒ Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)

  1. Initiate Return Request
    Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You can also call us at +91 800 123 4567.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address.
  4. Quality Check
    Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days.
  5. Refund Processed
    After approval, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • UPI/Wallet Payments: Refunded within 24-48 hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunded to your bank account (NEFT) within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. Once the return is processed, you'll receive your refund

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged/Wrong Products

Received a damaged or wrong product? We're sorry! Here's what to do:

  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos in the email
  • We'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or full refund
